The house is located very close to local shops, Oxxo, Superama, gas stations, Arecas Event Hall, Bank and Plaza Laurel. The space Cuernavaca's climate is characterized by being hot almost all year round. The house is located in the North Zone, but there is a heater on the terrace in case the temperature drops. There is a barbecue on the terrace, which is very spacious and fully equipped. The pool is heated by solar panels, and it can also be heated by means of a gas boiler (this would have an additional cost). The house is built on a floor with 3 bedrooms overlooking the garden and pool. Open spaces suitable for enjoying the entire property.
