Sunshine & Sand Villa includes a custom kitchen, cozy living room, dining area, 2 bedrooms (1 Queen, and 1 Twin over Double Bunk Bed), 2 bathrooms and a patio with a Craftsman style outdoor BBQ area. There is a designated parking stall driveway + extra parking free on the street. The main floor has a cozy living room to sit back and enjoy a glass of wine in or watch a movie by the fire. The kitchen has stainless appliances including room in the fridge for all your purchases after your wine touring! Powder room on main floor, plus washer/dryer facilities upstairs. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The Master bedroom has queen size bed, TV, sitting area. Additional bedroom has a twin over double bunk bed.
