This property is surrounded subtropical plants and foliage. Early one morning we were sitting on the terrace. A short rain shower had just passed through the area, and all around us emerald-colored water drops glistened as they fell off the leaves. It was a moment of magic, and the name stuck. We will supply the lock box code before guest arrival, on day of checkin. • A house book with local recommendations for dining, sightseeing, and grocery shopping is provided in the property. Other things to note • Minimum age for the primary renter is 25 years. • We need to know our guests. So once you book, we will need from you: Contact details (phone number and email). Valid photo ID with address. Acceptance of Rental Agreement. Names and ages of all guests. • Smoking is not allowed on the property. • Pets are not permitted. • No parties or excessive noise allowed— this is a residential area.
