This location is everything, you have everything you need within walking distance in a mini city with beach restaurants, shops, clubs, rest bars. It's a noisy area, there's a lot of movement between the best hotels in San Juan, minutes from Old San Juan and Isla Verde. Condado has it all and this location is in the center. Access to Condado lagoon for paddle boarding, night kayaks, biking to El Morro or lunch at Tmobile District. Location is everything! Welcome. The space IMPORTANT: NO PARKING IN PREMISES- APARTMENTS IS LOCATED IN HE CENTER OF THE CITY< HIGHLY POTENTIAL TO NOISE (MUSIC AND CONSTRUCTIONS) In front of the apartment you will find a private parking starting a$6 to $17 per day. many parking garages close to the apartment. Beaches are open for sports, including walking along the beach, swimming, paddleboard, kayak, surfing, kitesurfing, running, walking a dog. A lot of restaurants, bars, hotels, clubs, coffee shops and many more around, just steps. The bedroom has a queen size bed, equipped with a smart T.V and an air conditioning in perfect shape that cools the room very fast. Inside the bedroom there is a rest / work space filled with natural light, a desk and chair, and a hammock for a perfect siesta break! Separate bathroom with shower and toilet. We provide you with towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner (for your welcome, if ypur stay will be longer, being yours or buy in the corner) and hairdry Separate from the bedroom there is a big and cozy living area with a queen size futon, a diner and a fully equipped kitchen, with a tea & coffee station, stove and oven, full size fridge, pots and pans, utensils, knives, microwave, juicer, blender, toaster and waffle maker! Everything you need to enjoy a nice home made meal, in this spacious and comfortable area. The coffee & tea station has a kettle, a coffee and an espresso machine. Great for coffee lovers! We welcome our guests with complimentary coffee and tea, , water, and popcorn; yes, we love popcorn! The apartment is located in the heart of Condado in a second floor with no elevator. The entrance to the apartment t itself are totally private and independent. Restaurants downstairs play music Thursday to Sunday and they go home very very late, take that in consideration if you are a lighter sleeper or if you want a silent place. The space is very big, spotless clean and full of details with a fun decoration, inspired by the history of Puerto Rico, with local art, objects and gifts from my travels through Latin America and Europe. This place is fabulous for a short or a long term stay of weeks or even months, with a great high-speed internet for our guests who need a good and steady connection to work and entertain. Keep in mind that you will be in the heart of the city, which has great advantages, but it comes with it's fair share of day-time and night-time noise. Instructions are sent in a message, and we provide our guests with instructions, showing them how to access the lockbox and make a video by request to get into the apartment. The entrance to the apartment is independent and private. The maximum number of guests per reservation is two. We have security cameras pointing to the key box and the building's main exterior doors for your safety. Other things to note To maintain our high levels of service and quality, we firmly ask you to take care of everything we provide for you. We also hope you can respect the following rules: 1. NO MAKEUP or any stain on the white towels - a $15.00 charge for each stained towel will be applied. 2. Your stay will include two beach chairs with a cooler and storage compartment. You can take these chairs to explore Puerto Rico's beautiful beaches. Several water hoses are in the house, and you can use them to wash off the sand from the chairs before entering. We have designated a place outside the apartment for this. If you need to find out where it is, please ask us. Penalties will be applied if you find excess sand in the house. 3. Lost keys carry a replacement fee of $150.00. Please secure the keys in the lockbox when you leave the property. 5. To keep costs low, we ask that guests keep the room door closed once the air conditioning is on. We also encourage you to close the windows, turn off the lights, and turn off the A/C before leaving the apartment. 6. HOT WATER IS AVAILABLE.
