Private & great location. 2 minute drive to the beach, 5 minute drive to El Yunque Rainforest. 5 minute drive to Luquillo Beach & famous Kiosko's for unique dinners out. Only 25 min from San Juan airport. The space The little Villa is really a special place to stay. Very private, quiet and with outstanding view of the mountain landscape & ocean background. This unit is approximately 400 sq feet in size, though it lives much larger than that! The balcony for outdoor living/relaxing is large at well over 200 square feet and a killer view! A recently added outdoor kitchen for grilling your favorite snacks or making your own delicious breakfast has also been added. All while enjoying an ocean view. Guests also have access to the swimming pool/lounge area, garden featuring local fruits & flowers & herbs. Peaceful & relaxing and all truly well located for adventures around the island. Locally produced coffee is provided for guests to brew for themselves. In addition, complimentary beverage of beer & water are provided to start the guests stay off on the right foot. Off street parking for 1 car is also available. Get dirty on your hike in the forest? No worries---there is a brand new full size washer & dryer waiting for you in your Villa! :) Guest access Guests will have full access to their private Villa. It is a shared balcony with another Villa. This balcony is quite large at 200 sq feet, with a nice sitting area to enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails! There is also a new outdoor kitchen for grilling or making your own delicious breakfast, all while enjoying the ocean view. Want to take a swim & relax by the pool? Indulge yourself! Our 15,000 gallon saline saltwater pool with surrounding wrap around deck & sweeping ocean view is the best place to hang! It's 15' wide & 30' long, perfect for doing laps or just floating the day away. There is also a beautiful lounge area poolside with a covered roof to keep off the sun's elements and allow you to listen to your ipad music in the cool caribbean breeze. We also have a tasty little garden where we are growing lime trees, papaya, banana, plantain, tropical flowers & herbs! Feel free to indulge yourself here, too! Other things to note Our location is superb! Just a short jaunt to The Wyndham Rio Mar Beach Resort & Casino, the beaches (renowned Luquillo Beach is a mere 5 minute or less drive from our Villa), the Kiosko's (famed waterfront restaurants, approx 60 of them!) are also less than 5 minutes away, the El Yunque Rainforest is my neighbor and approx 5 minutes away, too! We are also only 25 minutes from the San Juan Luis Munoz International Airport and approx 40-45 minutes from Old San Juan...so an easy day of touring the old city & relaxing on your private deck with a glass of wine by night!
