Clean 750 square foot Mother-In-Law apartment located in beautiful Palmer, Alaska. This apartment is located above a two car garage and has it's own entrance and complete privacy, while being attached to the main house. Views from the bedroom, living room and kitchen are unbeatable. Three miles to downtown Palmer as well as the Glenn Hwy and Palmer/Wasilla Hwy, and Alaska State Fairgrounds. Guest parking available directly next to entrance stairs. The space This second story unit is above a double car garage and has one bedroom with a queen sized bed, one bathroom with large walk in shower. The living room has a couch and a chair-and-a-half, large 55 inch TV with cable and Netflix as well as a DVD player. The kitchenette is stocked (silverware, cups, bowls, plates, etc) as well as a full sized refrigerator/freezer and a microwave and toaster oven. The unit has hardwood floors and large windows to take in the beautiful mountains surrounding you. This space is brand new in the fall of 2017 and attached to the main house yet also separated by a locking door. The space is completely yours. Guest access Designated guest parking next to the house at the base of the stairs that lead to the exterior access to the apartment. The driveway is long and can be seen in the photos. Guests can choose to back in and out or utilize the space in front of the house to back out of the designated parking spot, turn around and drive out the driveway. Other things to note The apartment is truly a Mother-In-Law apartment, sitting above our double car garage and attached to our home yet secured by a locking door for complete privacy. It also has it's own private entrance on the back of the house, just steps from the guest parking spot. When rented the space is yours. The bathroom and kitchenette in the apartment are mirrored by a bathroom and bedroom on the host's side. There is a potential for noise as we live on the other side of the door or from the garage door opening/closing yet are always courteous when we have guests. Charlie is our English Springer Spaniel. She is incredibly kind by nature and can often be seen roaming our yard or the neighbors. You may encounter her during your visit.
