The apartment is perfectly located in a complex with a pool that is rarely used. You have a big terrace with beautiful ocean views to enjoy a meal or just your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail! We have rechargeable fans and lights in the unit in case of power outages. The space The studio apartment has everything you need. A kingsize bed, a nice lounge area with Smart TV, a complete kitchen and a big bathroom. On top of all of this the complex has a gorgeous pool which is rarely used by the people who live here. Other things to note Sint Maarten is experiencing issues with the electricity company. The outages vary and are not always predictable. We have rechargeable fans and lights in the apartment for when this occur. We would like to inform our guests in advance.
