Guests have exclusive use of the space and do not share any amenities with the occupants of the other unit. Special Note: The cottage is located right on the water, but it is NOT a sandy beach. A sea wall is in place to prevent erosion, there are stairs through the sea wall. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE :- The cottage is one of the two units on the property. THe property is on the water but it's NOT a sandy beach. The property is also protected by rocky sea wall to prevent soil erosion and there are stairs to go down.
