The Beach Sunset Studio, part of the Paradise Regained properties is a simple, self-contained retreat, has panoramic views of the amazing sunset on the Caribbean ocean, access to the Paradise Regained beachfront and some of Utila's best reefs, excellent snorkeling and a saltwater swimming pool. With beach chairs available and our beach gazebo with hammocks & Adirondack rocking chairs, you might not want to leave. But if you do, it's just a 15 minute walk to the center of town. The space The Sunset Studio Apartment, perfectly designed for 2 persons, offers a small kitchenette/eating space, multi-split A/C, a queen bed, ceiling fan and free wifi with access to the ocean and a saltwater swimming pool. Guest access Sand beneath your toes, the sound of the waves lapping on the reef, palms swaying in the wind … Grab your snorkel and mask and from our own private steps dip into the warm Caribbean ocean. A short swim takes you to some of the best reef sites on Utila’s south side. For those not tempted to snorkel our stunning reefs, we offer a shared salt water pool and seating. An outdoor shower is provided to rinse the salt from your skin before retiring to your private deck or our stunning shared beachfront with a drink in hand, to watch the sun set over the ocean. Other things to note Dive Certification, dive trips, snorkeling, island tours can be purchased in Utila town.
