New, self contained bungalow has a great view of Pioneer Peak 2 miles from restaurants/ grocery stores. Located near the AK State Fair grounds on a 40 acre farm and 1 mile from the Palmer Golf course. An open bedroom concept with a kitchenette and private bathroom. Sleeps up to 4 with 1 Queen bed and one Tempur-pedic, no-bar pull out couch, and free Wifi w/Netflix. NOTE: our bungalows are not suitable for kids under 10, the heating unit can be hot if touched, and our porch has no railing. The space Our bungalow is set on an original 1935 colony 40 angus beef farm. It has an unobstructed view of mountains and is set in a far corner for a quiet and restful sleep. The bungalow is 400 sq ft and can accommodate maximum 4 people. This is an open bedroom concept. There is no door between the pull-out and queen bed . Parties are not allowed and extra guests prohibited. Guest access You have the complete bungalow to yourself - we live on the farm so if you need anything we are available. Other things to note When renting the bungalow during the winter months (November- April) please be mindful of the parking and pathway when walking. We plow and shovel everything and use salt and gravel to keep the area clean and safe, but as the snow melts, the ground may become slippery. Please park and walk only in designated areas to prevent any problems, thank you.
