Please note that we have a minimum 30-nights rental policy. The space One and a half bedroom garden level apartment. Bedroom has a queen bed. Living room has a pull-out sofa (double). There is a big dining room that can seat 6-8. Nice sized and bright kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. Bathroom has a walk-in shower (no tub). All renovated in 2020. New floors. Central air runs on remote controls (2 zones). Dual heating system (steam heat and split systems). Newly outfitted kitchen and bath. Cheerful light with garden views. Laundry is in the cellar of the building and is only used by this unit although the cellar is accessed by owners for storage. It is a non-finished Brooklyn basement with full-sized WD. There is a patio area that adjoins the shared back yard with a bistro table and 2 chairs. Family lives above the apartment and the building is a historic 1860s brownstone with street-level (garden) entry. Guest access Citibike is one block away. Subway is 1.5 blocks away (F/G trains at Carroll Street). Lyft and Uber readily available. Street parking available. Other things to note The apartment was completely renovated in 2020-2021. All appliances are new. There is a patio off the kitchen that adjoins our back yard. We are happy to share the yard with quiet guests. Our children and dog play back there. We do not use your bistro area and patio (except that there is a hose there should we need it for the garden during warmer months). TV is Amazon Firestick. Laundry is in the cellar, which is shared by owners but the laundry is not used by anyone except Airbnb guests. We do not use the cellar except for tools and storage so are rarely down there. Cellar is an unfinished Brooklyn basement with full sized WD. The location is on 2nd Place, a tree-lined block in prime Carroll Gardens. We have a lovely garden both in the front and back yards. Owners live in the upstairs unit. We are a family of 5 and have 2 friendly dogs and this is not a new construction building so if you are extra sensitive to "city noise" (even minimal) we encourage you to reach out first. Likewise, our dogs are very friendly with both humans and dogs. If your dog is reactive to other dogs or children we ask that you inquire first. There is an off-leash dog park 3 blocks from our home as well. We value communication if you have any issues or questions. We are always a text or phone call away!
