The space Our condo is in the newer vacation suite section on the 3rd floor of the hotel, easy check-in with hotel's front desk. Includes: - Newer pillow-top king-size bed in the large bedroom. - Newer top-of-the line Simmons queen sofa bed in living room - 2 Tvs, 2 DVDs & wifi included. - Newer high end hardwood laminate flooring, area rug & recently professionally painted walls. - Newer full size fridge/freezer, newer dishwasher, newer microwave, new wall oven in a fully equipped kitchen with induction cooktop, coffeemaker, kettle & all cooking utensils & pots & pans...lots of mugs & glasses. - Newer cyclone flush, soft close Toto toilets in the full size bathroom. - Hotel type amenities - soap, shampoo, conditioner & hair dryer. - Plenty of linens & towels included on check-in. - Housecleaning provided on check-out. - Balcony with side beachview - patio table with chairs (warm weather only) - 1 free Parking spot on-site. - Absolutely no pets (firm), no parties & no smoking. Unique benefits: We have quiet individually controlled central air/heat, no noisy wall heaters/air conditioners. We have a newer comforter, linens, towels, pillows, newer hardwood flooring, area rug, a newer super comfortable queen sofa bed. We have smooth painted ceilings & recently professional freshly painted walls in neutral colours. We have a separate bedroom with a second tv & dvd. We do not have cheap toilet paper. We have a top of the line toto cyclone flush toilet with soft close lids. We do not have dollar store cutlery also have lots of mugs, drinking glasses, wine glasses, dishes, pots, pans & other cooking utensils. We do not have a loud bathroom fan. We have top of the line appliances. We have shops, restaurants & bars all within easy walking distance. Guest access Access to all the amenities of the attached hotel resort, indoor pool, new fitness room, & complimentary poolside towels. Complex has indoor/outdoor restaurant, lounge bar, coffee shop & eclectic shops. Other things to note No pets (firm, family member has severe allergies), no parties, no smoking & no extra guests allowed overnight without prior consent. Please treat our condo with the same care and respect as you would your own. Guests 'must' be respectful to other guests in the hotel keeping noise in the suite, balcony and hallways to a minimum. In the unlikely event of a malfunction or safety issue to any of the utilities/facilities in our condo &/or balcony area, maintenance staff from the adjoining hotel or our personal maintenance staff will be required to have access to the suite. Before check-out guests must empty the fridge, start the dishwasher for any dirty dishes and empty the kitchen garbage in the garbage chute at the end of the hall.
