We offer a space in the lower portion of our home. It is a private entry, pet-friendly 2-bed suite with self-check-in. 2 bedrooms • 1.5 baths Kitchenette: hot plate, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, slow cooker, and more. In-suite laundry & smart lock entry Free street parking Fenced yard—pets welcome! We live upstairs, so normal family sounds are possible. If that suits you, reserve your stay today. The space Our place is ideal for travelling nurses, close to hospital, grocery and restaurants. Our place is our home, so it does have a bit of wear and tear (thanks kids and pets lol, we love them). Please Note: WE LIVE UPSTAIRS - but we have a private upstairs entrance to house. - all new carpeting in living room, hallways, bedrooms - laminate in entryway, kitchen bathrooms, laundry - 2 queen beds, therefore we can only offer for 4 people who don't mind sharing 😉 - extra sheets, pillows are in hall closet by bathroom - front gate has a chain with carbine closure, if you have trouble and don't need it locked while visiting, just leave it opened with the gate sides pushed forward into the yard If your pet has anxiety while you are away from the unit, please consider contacting a pet daycare center. Also, please keep pets off the furniture and bedding. we love pets but they often leave hair and dirt that is difficult to remove from fabrics. Guest access All areas of the unit are accessible to guests. The front yard and driveway are for your usage. The yard is fenced but we do not guarantee your pet won't escape. Other things to note We are 10 min walk to hospital and 5 min from grocery, restaurants and churches. A bus stop is across the main roadway. Our spot is ideally located for travelling nurses. For families, we do have a playpen if it's needed. It can be set up in the office or living room easily. Other: spices and supplies in the kitchen cupboards, linens in the hallway closet. PLEASE close and lock the sliding glass door and windows when you are not on the premises! This is very important. The smoke alarms are very sensitive and will alert if smoke is detected. Please do not smoke inside as the alarms are interconnected, the entire house will need to have each alarm manually turned off to stop the alarms if they alert. We can only accommodate up to 4 guests, as we only have 2 queen-sized beds. if you have more in your party, the only other option we could offer is to pitch a tent in the yard :) Registration Details Municipal registration number: 00113149 Provincial registration number: H992012048
