Our Garden Level poolside condo at Aldea Zama in Tulum is a perfect place to relax located close to the beach (0.8 mi). Beautifully decorated features 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, and a spacious living area. Enjoy a private outdoor terrace just steps from the pool and a private back patio with hot tub. 2 bikes are also provided for our guests. The condo offers a comfortable and spacious layout, with WiFi connection and a work desk with chair. The space Our beautiful condo is located at Aldea Zama development, a modern gated community located about 0.8 miles from the beachfront and 3 mi. from Tulum ruins. Driving time to Chichen Itzá is about 1 hr 45 min. From Tulum you can also visit Cobá, these ruins were the last to be discovered and thus the best preserved today, driving time about 45 min. There is a bike path which goes from Aldea Zama to the beach, the ruins and town, many restaurants within biking distance, and a large supermarket (Chedraui) just 5 minutes. Guest access Our apartment is located at Natura building inside Puerta Zama Condominium, a gated community with 24 hr security (double gate at night) and parking space. Guests have access to all common areas, shared pool, solarium, palapa with furniture, and gardens. Other things to note Aldea Zama is a growing development, please consider there will be construction going on around Puerta Zama but workers and construction companies will try to respect guests privacy and comfort at all times. Also please note that Tulum is located in a tropical area right inside the jungle of Quintana Roo, so mosquitoes, insects, birds and even small animals are natural fauna of the region. We have screens installed on doors and windows but expect some mosquitoes around the area. Power outages can occur and internet connection could be unstable specially during extreme weather conditions.
