The apartment is 10 minutes away from the airport, 7 -10 minute walk to Ocean Park Beach, 10 minute drive to Condado and 15 minute drive to Old San Juan. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay while being close to all La Calle Loiza has to offer than this is the place for you're looking for. Our neighborhood is full of creativity and rich in culture and history. You'll have restaurants, shops and more. The space You will find two queen sized beds in our peaceful and cozy two bedroom Guest House. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, and a countertop double burner for cooking. With great wifi and a TV in the living room, you'll find it easy to relax after a long day at the beach! Guest access You'll have access to the apartment through it's own private entrance. First you open the white gate to the far right of the house. Once in you'll see three lockboxes. Lockbox # 1 is the one for your apartment. To the left of the lockbox you will see a small white gate were you'll see a hammock and black dining table on the balcony. Please note that the first white gate on the far right of the house is the entrance to the property for this apartment and for other two apartments that are on the back of the house also available on Airbnb Other things to note We want you to enjoy your time with us but please be mindful of our neighbors and nearby guests in the apartment towards the back of the property. We kindly ask that you keep all noise/music levels down, especially after 10PM.
