Country house with garden and private pool. The pool is heated with solar panels and can be heated additionally by gas (with extra cost). The house is located in the Lomas de Cocoyoc subdivision, which is very quiet and ideal for having a good time with family or friends. The space The house has a garden and a solar-heated pool. The solar panels keep the pool at a temperature of 28 to 30 degrees. This temperature may vary depending on the weather. Note that in the rainy and winter season, the pool temperature will drop significantly. The pool can be heated by gas (at an additional cost). This cost will be based on the price of gas at the time of your arrival, approximately MXN 2,000 to 2,800 for a weekend. Additionally, there is a barbecue and a pool table in the outdoor areas. The kitchen is fully equipped (it has pots, pans, plates, cutlery and some refractory items). The house is spacious with a kitchen, dining room, living room, breakfast bar, and an outdoor terrace. The room has a plasma TV and basic SKY. Additionally, Chromecast is provided to connect to streaming platforms and a wireless speaker. Finally, the common area of the garden and terrace is monitored with a security camera located outside the kitchen. This camera remains active for safety reasons. Guest access There are two storage rooms and a closet to which guests do NOT have access as they are for personal use. These are kept locked. Other than that, all areas are accessible to guests. Other things to note Other comments: 1. If you would like to have cleaning service for every day of your stay, $550 will be charged for each day (this is optional). Cooking service can be arranged for $500 a day. If you hire cleaning and cooking service, the total for the day would be $750. 2. We have solar heaters so the pool is usually heated to a temperature of 28 to 30 degrees (this temperature may vary on cloudy days and in winter). In winter and rainy seasons, you can use the gas boiler. This use will be at an extra cost to the reservation and will be based on the cost of gas per liter used (approximately MXN 2,000 to 2,800 per weekend). TO DO.
