Ocean Room - Lovely Private Bedroom and Bathroom

Centrally located in a gated community, few minutes from Fashion Valley shopping mall and many plazas, few miles from popular beaches, close to USD and Mesa College Campus, very close to restaurants, banks, grocery stores, etc. Close to highways. 15 minutes from the Zoo / SeaWorld. Brand new kitchen counter top and sinks, new carpet and paint. Queen size bed. Private bathroom. We are renting one room and not the entire apartment. Due to Covid we ask guests to limit their time in shared areas. Guest access Guest is expected to use their rooms, bathroom, kitchen, and the living room. Other things to note Please remove your shoes prior to entering the apartment and leave your shoes in the entryway closet by the door. ***Laundry is available to guests who stay more than 6 nights *** GUNS are NOT allowed under any circumstances. Any illegal substances under California law are prohibited from entering the apartment. *****No one other than the booking guest is allowed to enter the premises. This rule is STRICT and if that happens the person/persons who are not on the listing need to leave the property immediately!*****
