The house is located 1 block behind the JW Marriott Hotel which is the central location for the beach on Marco Island. A 5 minute walk you will be in the lobby of the hotel, a 10 minute walk you will be at the public beach entrance. Our house has all the beach equipment for your everyday needs, beach chairs, towels, toys, etc. 10 Minute walk to many restaurants, shops, & Movie theatre. Inquire for long term stays and discounts. The space The House was built in 2003 and has a very nice floor plan throughout, with a large living room and kitchen. Also the 'huge' lanai with desired Southern exposure will get sun on the deck all day long. With a pool, hot tub, and plenty of room to sunbathe. Being located on a large corner lot the house really sets up 'big'. We recently just painted the entire house, as well as landscape. Many amenities inside, Full kitchen, washer and dryer in house, WI-FI Throughout, Flat screen TVs in all the rooms. The house really has it all, and more to come as we continue to add on to our newly purchased house. We thank you for looking at our property, and we really believe it is a great vacation house for Marco Island. You just can't beat the location! Guest access The house is yours! 2 car garage, large pool, house has everything you would need for a getaway to Marco Island. Guest access Our guest have the entire house to themselves. Other things to note We provide every guest with a detailed guide that lists everything the house offers, where to find it, map to the beach and JW Marriott as well as restaurant and activity recommendations! Because we use a property management group on the island we do charge guests a $200 fee that is collected outside of Airbnb. This is listed under house rules as well. This is the only payment that would be collected/paid outside of Airbnb.
