If a reservation cancellation has been received on or before 60 days of scheduled booking, Guest will be refunded all monies, less the non-refundable 30% deposit required at the time of booking. Subsequently, no refunds will be made inside of 60 days within or during the scheduled booking; early departures are no exception. AFTER HOURS CHECK IN : Please come to Front Office in the Main Dome Complex. • Outside of Front Office door will be a red mail box with a Welcome Envelope with your name. • For Villa bookings, the envelop will contain the directions to your assigned villa and (1) key for front door entry. • For Sumner Lake House/Studios/Room bookings, the envelope will contain the code for the lockbox key and the directions to your Rental.
