We call it the Aeonium Gardens because it is tucked away behind a very nice succulent garden. Brand new construction with private entrance and all the amenities. Total privacy. The space is not shared. Reserved parking for one in the driveway. Kitchen is fully equipped with all brand new appliances, Keurig coffee maker and water filter. Binge away with Disney Plus, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and Hulu. Iron, Board, Hair dryer, hair straightener and full length mirror available. The space The space is a charming add-on unit attached to the main house. But it has its own entrance. It is in a residential neighborhood, away from the street and very quiet. The bedroom door is separate from the living room and has a privacy lock. 5 miles from San Jose airport. 8 miles from SAP center. Set your mood. There is warm and natural lighting available in the bedroom and living room. Free Disney+, Amazon Prime Video, Hulu, Netflix and other Roku channels available (you do not need to login to your accounts). We are available most of the time to welcome our guests and set them up. For those who need full privacy, the door has a number lock and may check themselves in and out. Guest access The apartment is independent, fully equipped and functional. Guests have full access to it. Other things to note If you are ordering Pizza or Uber eats , please specify "Unit 2" to have them deliver to your door via the private entrance.
