Welcome to our home! We live in a very nice residential area, walking distance to Altia Business Park, Altara Shopping Center, UNITEC and UTH Universities and Mini Prix & Cafe. Excellent location, easy to get around in the city and a great start point for any touristic one-day trip to the nearby attractions. You’ll love the ambiance, the location, the outdoor space. This space is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Very high standards in bio-safety disinfection products. The space The room is spacious, air conditioned, and has a double bed. The neighborhood is very quiet at night, so you will have a nice sleep. You will have a good cup of Honduran coffee in the mornings, milk, cereal and seasonal fruits and juice to start your day. Guest access The room has a a 55" TV with cable service, a small desk and high speed wireless internet. You have a private en-suite bathroom with hot water in the shower and sink. We have a laundry room with washer and dryer, can be used during the day, one complimentary load during your stay over 3 days. Additional charges will apply if you need more washes and/or ironing service, or during stays under 3 days: US$ 10.00 per load, wash/dry/folded US$ 5.00 ironing, up to 5 pieces (restrictions apply) We will set your brakfast bite at 7:00am, but if you need to leave earlier you can use the microwave oven or refrigerator to store any bite you wish. We have a very nice outdoor space, where you can relax. This is the only place allowed for cigarrete or cigar smoking, or vaping. No drugs allowed. During your stay My husband and I will be more than glad to help you with any travel arrangement or need you may have during your stay with us. We are very proud of our country and are vivid travelers ourselves, so we can share tips and recommendations. We both work during the day, but we can be home for you as necessary. If you need transportation to/from the airport or Central Bus Terminal, we can pick you up at an additional fee of $25.00 Other things to note We have a small friendly dog in the garden, and three very laidback, playfull indoor cats, they will not be allowed in your room :) but please consider if you suffer from allergies to cats. PLEASE, * DO NOT let the cats outside the house. * DO NOT feed our pets.
