Parking for 1 vehicle per Unit. Extra parking permit may be available at the Guard Station for an additional nightly fee for a maximum of 14 days depending on availability. Must follow all the Rules and Regulations during your stay. Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform. Renter must be 25 years or older. Overnight occupancy is limited to a maximum of 6 people, and all guests need to be registered with the rental manager. Up to 2 dogs permitted per Venture Out Regulations. Check-In is at 4pm. Check-Out is at 10am. Unless otherwise arranged with the Rental Manager prior to arrival. To ensure that you are protected, as well as the owner, we require a refundable $150 Security Deposit will be collected at time of booking. All reservations subject to final approval from the local Rental Manager. Online bookings accepted with approval from the Rental Manager within 24 hours. The vacation rental agreement must be signed and returned within 24 hours of booking. You will need to provide Bluescape Vacation Rentals with your email address and phone number for communications. When you arrive at the gate, you will be charged by Venture Out $125 for registering with the community which is separate from your rental charges.
