This newly remodeled home is right on the Arkansas River with close proximity to the airport, Industrial Park, and downtown Little Rock. Our space is perfect for work travelers or just a weekend getaway! The early morning sunrises over the river are one of a kind! There are three bedrooms - two with queen beds and the third bedroom has a double bed with a double bed trundle. There are two full bathrooms and a half bath in the laundry room. The space My entire place is open for you to enjoy. This includes the backyard - all the way down to the river bank! Keep in mind, our property line ends where the fence is, but the Corps of Engineers owns the bank and anyone is welcome to enjoy it.
