The location is in the city centre, near the Orthodox church, restaurants, shops and the Korzo promenade — everything is within walking distance. ⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTES The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a building without an elevator and may not be suitable for guests with mobility difficulties. It is situated in the city center, so occasional noise is possible. Public street parking is available nearby, as there is no private parking. Please note that the mezzanine levels inside the apartment are accessed by stairs. Perfect for large families, friends or business groups who want to stay together while still having privacy.
