Drivers must be at least 25 years old. NOTE: We are located in Freeport, Grand Bahama Island, not Nassau (which is on a different island) The space The apartment comes with an open plan kitchen/living area, one bedroom with a king size bed (which can be converted to two twin beds), a dedicated work space (hi-speed wifi), and one bath with a rain shower. The living and bedrooms open onto a private spacious patio with al fresco dining (or working), garden and a hammock. This is the ground floor apartment of the property, surrounded by lush gardens. Your covered patio is under the upstairs deck. The apartment is part of a small multi-unit property, and while the area is generally peaceful, some ambient noise from neighbouring units may be heard at times. Guest access You can access your private patio/garden, community garden and patio, laundry facilities and the additional space to the north of the house. There is plenty of free parking on the property if you rent a car. The beach is just down the street, 200 meters.
