In the Residence there is no lift and to reach the apartments located on a mezzanine floor there are about 30 steps. Guest access The access to the apartment is completely independent. At the entrance there is a small keyboard where you can type the code given via e-mail. With the numerical code you are completely independent in accessing the structure. Other things to note Please note that the Residence does not have a lift. The apartments are located on a raised floor and can only be reached by climbing approximately 30 steps. For stays longer than 5 nights, a weekly apartment cleaning service, including a change of bed linen and towels, is provided and is already included in the accommodation rate. Please note that toilet paper, bathroom amenities (shampoo and shower gel), coffee capsules, and laundry and dishwasher pods are provided only as an initial supply. Should additional quantities be required during the stay, guests will need to purchase them independently. A baby cot is available upon request and must be requested at the time of booking.
