Beach Equipment Available for Rental Guests under 25 are invited to book after being preapproved. 40 Foot Driveway The space This is a 3 bedroom ranch style home with an outside patio and fenced yard. Due to insurance stipulations, pets are approved on a case by case basis. Guests must be 25 or older to book unless preapproved. Guest access Guest may utilize street parking or driveway parking. Guests may park trailers and motorcycles in front of property, in the garage, or in the driveway. Other things to note FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS for this property: Q: 'Are beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, or baby furniture included?' A: Yes beach equipment is avaiilable to rent. Q: 'Do we have to bring bath towels and linens or rent them at an extra cost?' A: NO - We don't like having to take bath towels and linens with us on vacation; and we really don't like deceptive pricing that requires us to rent things we NEED for sleeping for an added cost. So, we don't expect our guests to like those things either. BATH TOWELS AND LINENS ARE INCLUDED, and your departure cleaning fee includes laundering of those items. Beach towels are not provided. Q: 'Is parking included?' A: YES - Parking is free and up to four vehicles are allowed and the garage can be used for vehicle/motorcycle parking or as a game room. Please message host prior to check in if you need the game equipment folded up. Q: 'Do I have to clean/make the beds/do the laundry?' A: NO - You are on vacation! However, we do ask that you treat this property with care so it stays nice for others & follow a few guidelines before you leave: We don't expect you to clean or do laundry before you check out, but please be courteous by removing your trash from the unit. Q: 'Do you allow pets?' A: MAYBE - We love pets but not all breeds are allowed due to insurance restrictions. Failure to obtain prior approval may result in us not being able to check you in, and the regular refund policy will still apply. The pet fee charged by AIRBNB is only for one pet under 35 lbs. Additional fees are charged for additional and oversized pets. You will also be required to clean up after your dog both inside and out. Pet deposits are required for stays with pets. Q: 'Can I smoke in the unit or on the balcony?' A: NO, sorry - SMOKING OF ANY KIND IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN AT THIS PROPERTY - INCLUDING ALL LEGAL AND ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES. It is very costly to have a service remove smoking odors - especially in the short time between guests. If we need to have the unit treated because of the smell of smoke, we will keep your entire security deposit to cover the cost. Q: 'Are there pots/pans/dishes?' A: YES - The kitchens are equipped with all of the basic items needed for cooking/eating. If there is some specialty small appliance you enjoy, please feel free to bring it along. Q: Are early and late checkouts available. A: YES - The cleaners due charge a fee for this service since it requires them to prioritize the unit and bring in extra staff to have the unit ready in a shorter amount of time. Q: Does this property utilize security cameras? A: Yes this property uses two exterior ring cameras and both exits for the use of security. Both cameras point outside of the property and do not record any footage inside the property.
