Newly renovated apartment on the third floor with lift. The house has 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds; a large living room with a sofa bed for 2 people; a bathroom with shower; equipped kitchen (oven, nespresso, kettle) + dining area and 2 balconies perfect for enjoying a cup of tea. We are at 200m. from the beach and 15 minutes from the city center. Fast wifi that supports conference calls. Our 24h assistance. A welcome breakfast awaits you. The space The building has a lift and the apartment has a security door. In the house you will find unlimited WI-FI, air conditioning in the common areas, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle with tea and herbal teas, hairdryer and a kitchen equipped with everything you need. At your disposal there are books and maps of the city with guided itineraries to the most evocative places of Bari and Puglia. We have tried not to make you miss anything and to make you feel at home ... therefore we would like you to treat the apartment, the furnishings and the books that are at your disposal with care, just as if they were your own ;-) Guest access * Check-in from 12:00 to 20:00 * Check-out until 10:00 * In all the rooms it's forbidden to smoke. * In accordance with the laws in force in Italy, all guests will be required - upon arrival - to provide a valid document for registration with the public security authorities. * We provide only one key for apartment and its loss will entail the request for a refund of € 50. * The price corresponds to the use of king-size bed by 2 people.
