License n.027042-LOC-06093. For our house we have chosen a name that recalls a specific glass processing : The Filigree. The apartment is in fact the result of the renovation of a 19th century furnace. During your stay you will be immersed in the history of this island, also called the island of fires due to the many furnaces still existing today dedicated to glass processing. The space A beautiful patio will lead you to the apartment developed on three floors. On the ground floor there is a bright kitchen, complete with all appliances such as a dishwasher and washing machine that will facilitate your activities during your stay. Always on the ground floor you will find a comfortable sofa bed and finally a bathroom with bidet and shower. Going up the stairs there is another bathroom, one bedroom with queen size bed and smart TV and a smaller bedroom with double bed. At the top floor a welcoming and bright attic open onto the bedroom with two single beds also used as a relaxation area and a television. FILIGRANA House complies with the environmental regulations of the Municipality of Venice. Guest access FILIGRANA House is an excellent choice for travelers who are interested in history, architecture and hideaways for the tranquility and silence that this island can offer in the evening.
