You will be warmly welcomed in an aristocratic palace located in a privileged position, near the Colosseum, and "Santa Maria Maggiore Church", in the most prestigious district of Rome.  Our loft is an apartment of up to 10 people, on the second floor, with a lift, of an elegant and historical 18th-century building finely restored recently: it is finely furnished and in front of “Teatro Brancaccio" and “Vivi La Vita” art house.  You will discover a contemporary and well-equipped communal kitchen, replete with all the necessary culinary tools and accessories to orchestrate a romantic dinner. Within this space, you will find amenities such as a refrigerator, oven, microwave, washing machine, toaster, an assortment of dishes and glassware, as well as a coffee machine. Additionally, the kitchen serves as a communal area and dining space, featuring a generously sized table capable of comfortably seating four individuals simultaneously.  The apartment comprises four bedrooms, each accompanied by its private bathroom. Two of these bedrooms, namely (Room C) and (Room D) can accommodate up to 3 persons at the same time, and boast ensuite bathrooms, while the remaining two, (Room A) and (Room B), can accommodate up to 2 persons and feature private bathrooms situated outside the rooms within the hallway. Equipped with unlimited and high-speed fiber optic WiFi, it offers the essential infrastructure for remote work. During your stay We can organize for you a TRANSFER SERVICE from and to the airport Upon your request. The apartment is properly ventilated and all of its surfaces are thoroughly sanitized with alcohol after every check out in compliance with the anti-Covid rules and you will have scented linen and towels at your disposal. Upon your request, we can organize the daily cleaning service of the apartment to make your stay even more comfortable. Other things to note: Here are some notes to check in easily, they will be helpful for both of us. I can be flexible about check-in time (of course flexibility for check-in and check-out time, depending on the availability of the apartment and the cleaning procedure). anyway, what I ask is to:  Give me a precise time of arrival at the flat  Send me a message / SMS when you do land with the name of the airport and the transport you are going to take so that I can easily imagine what time you will be here  Tell me by SMS if you have any inconvenience that will make you late  Check-in starts at 3 pm until late at night, even after midnight.  Check-outs are done by 10:00 am. If you would like to arrive earlier, please advise me in advance and I will find a solution. Please consider that the apartment is a holiday home, and as such is subject to the payment of the tourist tax of the municipality of Rome (5 euros per day per person up to a maximum of 10 consecutive nights) I will be happy to solve your every possible need for you to have a wonderful holiday.
