Welcome to "Number 5" - Charming home for charming people - Young couple and parents of 2 children, we have lived in Tilff for years. Lovers of Tilff and its region, we wanted to create a cottage in the image of our life and our values: a charming, comfortable and modern house, offering couples and visitors a pleasant break. For one night, a weekend or more, we wish you a pleasant stay at "Au Numéro 5"! The space "Au Numéro 5" Au Numéro 5 is a small charming house located 2 steps from the Ourthe and the center of Tilff as well as its shops. Our charming house is composed of: • a master bedroom located in the attic and benefiting from a sitting area with its TV. • A second charming bedroom, located on the 1st floor. • The master bathroom with its large bathtub and shower area, also located on the 1st floor. • The ground floor, meanwhile, is composed of a fully equipped kitchen and a small lounge area articulated around a wood insert and a small bar & cocktail area. • Numéro 5 does not have a garden but an interior vegetated courtyard. MUSIC Number 5 is fully equipped with a SONOS system, accessible by Wi-Fi. To connect to it: • Connect to Wi-Fi. • Connect via Spotify, Itunes…directly to the "Living Room" or "Master Bedroom" speakers. • If necessary, please download the Sonos app. Please ensure the peace and quiet of the neighborhood by respecting a noise level acceptable to all. ELECTRIC SCOOTER "Au Numéro 5" has an electric scooter, which we provide free of charge. Ideal for discovering Ravel and the surrounding area. For the rental of electric bikes or "Beach Cruisers", we invite you to contact Lovely Bikes located in Tilff and rental specialist. THE BAR CORNER To welcome you, we are pleased to offer you our "cocktail of the month". We invite you to concoct it in your "Bar Corner". Some information about the bar area: - All our bottles are self-service. - They are marked and sealed to guarantee freshness and quality. - A cocktail menu has been created for you, in collaboration with "Les Vignes en Ville". All supplements and rates will be available on site upon arrival. MISCELLANEOUS EQUIPMENT In the cellar: • A baby crib: All the sheets of the baby bed are stored in a protective cover hung above the crib. The mattress is also with the sheets. • An ironing board and iron. • A small toolbox • A first aid kit The kitchen is fully equipped: • Oven, Dishwasher, Coffee Machine, Teapot, Microwave. • In the bottom drawer on the far right: various small appliances. • In the bottom drawer on the far left: plates, large plates. • Under the oven: pots and pans. The TV area: The master bedroom is equipped with a TV with Scarlet decoder. An HDMI cable is also available if you want to connect your computer (HDMI 4 source on the TV). RULES & CLEANLINESS A complete cleaning of "Au Numéro 5" is carried out between each rental by a specialized external company. In order to maintain the cleanliness and freshness of the premises, we kindly ask that you respect the following rules: • As animal lovers, we wanted to offer our visitors the opportunity to travel with their pets. For hygiene reasons and out of respect for our other visitors traveling without animals, we kindly ask that you respect the following 2 rules: - No pets allowed on the floors. - They must spend the night in the landscaped inner courtyard and, if necessary, heated. • We invite our visitors to remove their shoes before accessing the floors. Guest access You have access to the whole house Other things to note Sessions and photo shoots by professional photographers must be requested and are subject to our approval.
