Welcome "Number 5" - Charming house for charming people - Young couple and parents of 2 children, we have lived in Tilff for years. In love with Tilff and its region, we wanted to create a cottage in the image of our life and our values: a charming house, comfortable and modern, offering couples and visitors a pleasant break. For a night, a weekend or more, we wish you a pleasant stay "At Number 5"! The space "Au Number 5" At Number 5 is a small charming house located 2 steps from the Ourthe and the center of Tilff as well as its shops. Our charming house consists of: • One master bedroom located under the attic and enjoying a sitting area with its TV. • A second charming bedroom, located on the 1st floor. • The master bathroom with its wide bathtub and shower area, also located on the 1st floor. • The ground floor, meanwhile, is composed of a fully equipped kitchen and a small seating area articulated around a wood insert and a small bar & cocktail area. • Number 5 does not have a garden but a green inner courtyard. MUSIC At Number 5 is fully equipped with a SONOS system, accessible by Wifi. To log in: • Connect to Wi-Fi. • Connect via Spotify, iTunes…directly to the "Living Room" or "Master Bedroom" speakers. • If needed, please download the Sonos app. Please ensure the peace and quiet of the neighborhood by respecting an acceptable noise level for all. ELECTRIC SCOOTER "At Number 5" has an electric scooter, which we make available free of charge. Ideal for discovering the Ravel and the surrounding area. For the rental of electric bikes or "Beach Cruisers", we invite you to contact Lovely Bikes located in Tilff and a specialist in rentals. THE CORNER BAR To welcome you, we are happy to offer you our “cocktail of the month”. We invite you to concoct it in your "Bar Corner". Some information about the bar area: - All our bottles are self-service. - They are marked and set to guarantee freshness and quality. - A cocktail menu has been concocted for you, in collaboration with "Les Vignes en ville". All supplements and rates will be available on site, as soon as you arrive. MISCELLANEOUS AMENITIES In the cellar: • A baby crib: All the sheets of the baby bed are stored in a protective cover hung above the baby bed. The mattress is also with the sheets. • An ironing board and iron. • A small toolbox • A first aid kit The kitchen is fully equipped: • Oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, microwave. • In the bottom drawer on the far right: various small electronics. • In the bottom drawer on the far left: plates, large plates. • Under the oven: pots and pans. The TV area: The master bedroom is equipped with a TV with Scarlet decoder. An HDMI cable is also available if you want to connect your computer (HDMI 4 source on the TV). Rules & cleanliness A full cleaning of "Au Number 5" is done between each rental by a specialized external company. In order to maintain the cleanliness and freshness of the premises, we kindly ask that you respect the following few rules: • Animal lovers, we wanted to offer our visitors the opportunity to travel with their pets. For reasons of hygiene and out of respect for our other visitors traveling without pets, please respect the following 2 rules: - No pets allowed on the floors. - They must imperatively spend the night in the furnished inner courtyard and if necessary, heated. • We encourage our visitors to take off their shoes before accessing the floors. Guest access You have access to the entire house Other things to note Photoshooting and photo shootings by professional photographers must be requested and are subject to our validation.
