Welcome to Clos du Lys It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to this 120 m2 townhouse, completely redesigned and decorated in a cocooning spirit. It is a house with a lot of character (stone wall and champagne chalk, wooden beams...) The place is ideal for family vacations, business trips and/or visiting the area. The space Accommodation located in the city center of Châlons en Champagne, a few steps from the hyper center, in a quiet, green area and close to all amenities. (Restaurants, pharmacy, bars, convenience store...) * Close to the Jards de Châlons en Champagne. * 100 meters from Place de la République. * 5-minute walk to the Collegiate Church of Notre-Dame-en-Vaux. * 5-minute drive to the Capitol. Plus, parking is free and an electric car charging station is available around the corner from the house. This townhouse can accommodate up to 6 people. It consists of: * An equipped kitchen open to the living room. (ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine with welcome pods are at your disposal). * A spacious living room with a TV connected to the free box with Netflix access and Wi-Fi. * Separate toilet on the ground floor with hand basin. * Washing machine available at no extra cost. Upstairs: * Large bedroom with lots of charm over 20 m2 with king size bed (180*200) and workspace. * The second bedroom has a queen size bed (160*200) for your comfort. * The third bedroom with double bed (140*200) can be suitable for adults or children. * A bathroom with shower and toilet. Linens and towels are provided. (1 small towel, 1 large towel, and 1 individual soap are at your disposal).
