We are a small hotel but we are located within Paradise Island Beach Resort, the first operator to run tours to Paradise Island. We are an international family and take pride in our family run business. The hotel is simple and clean and the location is the best, close to town but not directly in town and most importantly we have the most beautiful beach in the area. If you love the beach you should stay with us! The space Our hotel has 12 rooms which are clean, spacious and tidy, which is hard to come by in the DR. We have various kinds of rooms, king bed, 2 double beds and even a room with bunks for kids. Other things to note For avoidance of doubt, ONLY breakfast is included in your stay, and of course the hotel room you booked :) . For any drinks, snacks, lunch or dinner, refer to our a la carte restaurant menu and additional charges will be at extra cost to you. The restaurant from the hotel is open Breakfast: 8am -10 am for breakfast, Daily. Lunch: 12 noon - 4pm , Daily. Dinner: 5-7.00pm Friday’s and saturdays ONLY . Drinks, lunch and dinner are NOT included in the hotel price. We will require a USD50 security deposit at check in. We have other room categories in the hotel If you want an upgrade or downgrade, check availability and pricing with reception. We also offer trips to beautiful paradise island, these are at additional charges and cost to you and NOT included with your stay. Please see reception for packages and pricing. Please note that a small access road runs through our property and you WILL hear traffic noise from your room. You also will hear music from town and people enjoying the beach or motorboats or jetskys on the ocean. You might hear other guests because locals do speak a bit more loudly here and you probably will hear animals, such as birds, cows, goats, dogs, chickens as they sometimes go at the back of our property or the access road. Even though we do fumigate daily, our property is located in a remote location, so there are mosquitos and bugs around, especially on the beach during sunset we recommend you bring repellent. Water pressure is very low, this is because we are in a remote location and truck water in (there is no public water supply in punta rusia), so kindly be mindful of this. Sometimes electricity trips, but we have generators, but please be mindful of this fact as well.
