Looking for a clean apartment with privacy, street side view, immediate access to the beach, a beautiful garden to hang out, all basic facilities (ac, wc, wifi, kitchen), a 20-25min easy walk from city centre and a host with a smile and eager to help? Apt1 it is! The space A very comfortable street side apartment. Ιnside you will find a clean, well organized and really decent place to stay. A small kitchen room with fridge is available. In addition the apartment features a bathroom with shower and free wifi. The apartment is equipped with two single beds. As previously mentioned Apt1 is a street side apartment which means you will be getting some street noise inside the apartment, depending on how light you sleep it could be a bit annoying if you plan on staying for a long period. If you are a light sleeper I would highly recommend you book a seafront apartment. Apartment number 1 is located on the street side of the building but from the inside there is direct access to the garden level where you may relax and enjoy further. The feelings on having your breakfast in the garden watching the sun rise above the fortezza is a picture you will never forget. The apartment is a clean and affordable choice for your stay. It's located on the street side (not recommended for light sleepers due to traffic noise). In addition we do offer cleaning service every 2 or 3 days, free of charge!. Mamangakis Apartments are about 1,5 km away from the city center but it's a beautiful walk or ride with your bicycle, taking advantage of the new bicycle route on the sidewalks of the town. Within a range of 50-360m you will find parking, the best restaurants in town (also right on the sea), souvlaki place, courier service and internet cafe for your breakfast and other needs. There is a bus stop right outside of our apartments that takes you to the university and another bus stop across the street that takes you to the city center. Guest access Apt1 has its own kitchen with fridge, its own WC with shower, a small balcony on street side. The garden is available for all our guests and you may feel free to enjoy your meal or reading a book at your convenience. From the garden you step right on the beach! You do not have to walk outside the building or cross busy streets. Even though Apt1 is an apartment with street view you get direct access to the garden and beach from within the building. Other things to note Well in Rethymno you will be able to do quite a few things... apart from eating and shopping... a. you may relax and enjoy the scenery from our garden or your apartment balcony... the view is amazing. b. go for walks or running around the fortezza castle c. there are many bars open for a nice night life experience d. you may have fun on sea sports on the city long beach (parasailing, jet skis etc at Popeye or Ikarus sea sports, Scuba at Evelin Diving) e. rent a bicycle or motorbike and explore the countryside... within 30min ride you will be in a beautiful village like Argyroupoli f. rent a car and explore more countryside or the south part of the island which is rich with super amazing beautiful beaches and sceneries. g. have a tattoo... many tattoo artists around. h. go on a safari trip ... with an off road jeep or atv i. get on the pirate ship for a nice cruise or book your own sailing trip with boat rental companies we could suggest. j. arrange a hike to Samaria gorge... bus picks you up from the apartment k. visit the water parks in Chania or Heraklio l. visit Knossos, archaeological monument in Heraklio... bus picks you up from the apartment m. have a day trip to Santorini (Tuesdays and Saturdays only i think) n. get on the red bus for a city tour and view the city from the bus roof... that's all i can think out of my head right now... you could always visit a travel agent for more attractive activities.
