The Sauerland Lodge consists of six architecturally sophisticated vacation homes with a high level of quality and flexibility in a nature-loving ensemble. Whether as a group for a cooking weekend or seminars for companies, as mountain sports enthusiasts, for a family vacation or simply for a weekend with friends, the Sauerland Lodge offers the right arrangement for everyone. The space The spacious living/dining area with fireplace forms the center of the 140 sqm house. Here, the high-quality kitchen invites you to cook together. Also on the ground floor are the sauna with shower and a guest toilet. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed and an alcove bed (each 0.80 x 1.60) with space for 2 children. There are two bathrooms with shower and a spacious bathroom with whirlpool tub. Flexible options for groups: renting one or more of the neighboring houses makes a vacation possible even for larger groups. In the living/dining area, a table with space for approx. 25 people, in addition, a projector with projection area for seminars/training is at your disposal. Location The Sauerland Lodge is located in Winterberg/Niedersfeld in the upper area of the “Auf der Heide” vacation park. The proximity and walking distance of Lake Hillebach (about 500 m away) with its water ski facility and connection to a café, swimming bay and open spaces with playground offer a high level of leisure activities for the summer months. In this context, the go-kart track in the west of Niedersfeld, an indoor playground and the adventure golf course are also worth mentioning in the catchment area of Niedersfeld. The Sauerland Lodge property is also located at the foot of the Hochheide excursion destination, which, together with the Hochheide Hütte, forms a supra-regional attraction. In the winter months, the Eschenberg ski lifts offer ski and toboggan enthusiasts a forum with one of the longest descents in the Sauerland. The proximity to Winterberg (10 km, 15 minutes by car) as one of the winter sports centers in the Sauerland completes the offer.
