The standard amenities include two persons per bed. Of course, we can also offer other configurations, including providing two beds for one person each. --- In case a maximum of two people arrive, a small office table with a chair is at your disposal to provide you with a comfortable work opportunity if only one bed is needed. --- 🖥️ **Online check-in** In order to comply with the Swiss Reporting Act, all guests must complete an online check-in. This step is necessary to comply with legal requirements. Once online check-in is completed, the personalized link will serve as an online guest folder. Here you will find step-by-step instructions as well as the code to get into the apartment. The code won't be visible until check-in time! --- In principle, check-in is from 4pm, and check-out must be done by 10am. However, during online check-in, you'll have the option to book early check-in, or late checkout, upon availability and for a small fee. --- 📞 **24/7 Service** We offer 24/7 customer service via messenger or email. Our goal is to respond within an hour. However, please note that our response times may vary depending on the time of day or when demand is high. --- 🏠 **accommodation** Our property is primarily designed for therapeutic stays, but also offers sleeping arrangements during the holiday season and on weekends. The rooms are deliberately spartanly furnished to create a quiet and relaxing atmosphere ideal for therapeutic purposes. Despite the simple furnishings, we provide everything you need for a relaxing stay. The property consists of three rooms, each designed for groups of up to four people. --- 🍽️ ** Shared area** Our accommodation has common areas, including a kitchen and two bathrooms. Please note that the common areas are rather small. The fully equipped kitchen is designed for a maximum of three people to ensure comfortable use. --- 🧺 **Washer & Dryer** A washing machine and dryer are available in our accommodation, which can of course be used by guests. These devices are shared so all guests can benefit from them. In addition, we provide an iron and ironing board to provide you with a pleasant stay and feel-good experience. In the online guest manual, you will find a manual for all devices, so you can easily use them. --- **🧺 Laundry services** A **laundry service** can ** be booked at least 1 day in advance through the guest app** (subject to availability). Please note that the service can only be offered upon availability. However, free parking is available from 19:00 to 07:00 as well as on Sundays and public holidays. These are located along Tittwiesenstraße, Giacomettistraße and Aspermontstraße. Further information on the parking situation can be found in the online guest book. --- 🚪 **Access to the building** The entrance to the building is a little more special and only possible from the north side (main entrance). After online check-in, you will have access to a video guide that will provide you with helpful tips and instructions if necessary.
