Welcome to a safe harbor! Wellstay and Wellness A charming house of 125m2, in a beautiful village in the Gard. Country atmosphere for lovers of old stones, nature, silence. Adepts of the present moment, outdoor activities, Zen attitude, warm welcome, relaxed with ease ! The space - The welcoming, simple and warm house is nice, beautiful volumes, bright, wood, natural materials. - Your space is composed of the small bedroom extended by its private terrace with panoramic views and its comfortable garden furniture. The bedroom is equipped with a single sofa bed, a small desk, a shelf in a closet and a coat hook with hangers. It offers superb views of the surrounding countryside and superb sunsets over the Cevennes and the village. Facing south, the Harmonie room benefits from a very beautiful brightness. It is located on the first floor, on the intermediate landing. - The rate includes an organic and/or local breakfast. - The toilet and the bathroom, are shared with me and or the other guests of the house. They're on the top half. - Bed linen and towels provided. -Other shared areas: the living room, the shaded terrace, the upper terrace and its cabinet/ sleeping area subject to availability. - Free deposit of beverages and/or food in the fridge is possible for all stays. - For long stays (more than 8 days) possible access to the kitchen with a free management package against background provided: oils, vinegars, spices, salts, peppers, sugar, matches, dishwashing liquid, sponges, dish towels, dishes, cooking utensils, steam cooked, toaster, blender, wok, gas (gas stove), electricity (electric oven), small private closet for storing your food. -> Stays of more than 15 days: 3€/day and per person -> Stays less than 15 days: €6/day per person. - Access to the washing machine (laundry detergent and ecological softener provided): 7 euros per laundry. On site possible services with surcharge: EAT: - Organic savoury/sweet morning brunch, fresh and local products - Organic vegetarian meal upon reservation And the Cap'Mas restaurant, bistro, country grocery store 5 minutes walk from the house (local and/or organic products). Four of them, sometimes go back into the house but never into your rooms (thank you for keeping your doors closed this helps;). Three of them (Tao, Joyce, Rouquin) sometimes come into the house, but never in your room. - For this reason, we can't accept other animals, thank you for your understanding. Because of this, we can't host any other pets. Thank you for your understanding. - From 1 November to 30 April, heating supplement of €5/night, to be paid upon your arrival in cash or by cheque. - Arrivals between 6: 30 and 8: 30. - Departure before 10: 30.
