Located in a heart of PEI's South Central Coastal Drive. 5 min to vibrant Victoria-by-the-Sea, 30 minutes from Charlottetown, Summerside and Cavendish. Private cottage on 16 acres of land (only one on the property other than innkeepers house). Charming decor, private driveway, surrounded by trees for maximum privacy. Full fridge, 2 burner induction stove top, new sleeper sofa in living room, new windows upstairs. All windows have sunblocking curtains and most rooms equipped with ceiling fans. The space This Space comfortably sleeps 6- 8 adults. Crib/ Playpen and one high chair at the cottage available. One loveseat for toddler available at the bedroom with 2 single beds, as well as a couch in a living room, just outside of a queen bedroom for a toddler. Extra sheets for 2 couches and playpen will be provided upon request at the time of booking and request. Brand new appliances, 2 burner induction cooktop, 2 burner electric hotplate , 5 burner BBQ on a front deck with side burner. Picnic area, fire pit** with sitting area for 10. We also get our property professionally sprayed for mosquitoes, so your summer days outside can be fully enjoyed with close to zero uncomfortable bites for you and your puppies. Additional and portable cooler available upon request. ** Wood burning is prohibited by Provincial Law depending on fire index issued by the province.
