It consists of a suite with a private bathroom, its own private terrace, and a cooking area. The apartment can be accessed using either a keypad code or keys. Equipped with underfloor heating, air conditioning, a 1.20 m x 2 m hot tub, and a walk-in shower for two. Equipped with 2 42” smart TVs, one in the bedroom and one in the living area.
