Best fits for group of friends and Families who want to enjoy and relax in a high classed amenities of Megaworld. Walking distance from Malls (shopping ceters) like Ali Mall, SM and Gateway. The unit has fast Wi-Fi, 55in TV, washer and dryer washing machine (for long stayers) and electric range for everyone to use. Pay parking is available in the building. The space Our place is close to everything... To shopping malls, Grocery stores, Mercury Drugs, restaurants and bars Guest access Guests can use the utensils inside the condo unit except the washing and drying machine ( its for 3 nights or more stay only). You (1 night or 2nights stayers) can use them for extra charge of 300pesos per use- please inform ate Em to note: schedule of swimming pool access starting sept 2019 Monday - closed for cleaning Tuesday to Sunday - 8am to 9pm Guests can access the Swimming pool every day except Monday for a small fee of 100pesos per head per hr. Payment must be done in the admin office (4th flr tower C) during office hr. We only rent out our Condo unit. Not the swimming pool nor the pay parking. Guests have to pay for the pay parking fee ( for 4 wheels only) themselves and it's not included in the total reservation price. Thank you Other things to note We need your guests' list and Government IDs for us to make an Authorization letter to admin 2 days or earlier before your arrival date. Those listed names are the only people that the security will allow to go in for security reasons (no visitors allowed). Please be reminded to bring your original copy of your IDs upon checking in, Lobby security will be keeping them during your stay If for some/ certain reason that the admin decides to close the amenities like swimming pool during your reservation date, we will not be liable for canceling, rescheduling or refunding your payment.. thank you for your understanding
