Guest access The guest has access to the entire apartment! Other things to note In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be charged for smoking. If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the authorized check-out time, a fee of €200 per hour will be charged. If you lose the key, a cost will be charged (upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team to unlock the door, a fee of €40 will apply after 7:00 PM. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (requiring technical intervention), the fee will be charged upon request. For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a limit for water, electricity, and internet/television expenses of €150. If the limit is exceeded, the extra cost will be covered by the guest. The tenant is required to allow the host's staff to enter the property when requested for inspections, with monthly visits expected for this purpose.
