It has a sofa that converts into a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV and a dining table. It also has a fully equipped kitchen with essential utensils and cutlery, an electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, magic wand and Nespresso coffee machine to prepare a delicious meal. The bathroom has a shower, includes clean towels, hairdryer and toiletries for your convenience. Beds with comfortable mattresses and 100% cotton bedding of hotel quality and AC, for cold and heat, were designed to ensure maximum comfort. Finally, it also has a refreshing garden with outdoor furniture, creating a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere perfect for relaxing and resting after a day of sightseeing or socializing with other guests. Guest access There is an exterior garden accessible to all the guests. Other things to note Please note that the property does not have an elevator and that access to the apartment, located on the third floor, is via stairs. Also consider that the second bedroom is located on an upper floor, without a door and with a very low ceiling, and is accessible only by the very steep stairs in the living room. For this reason, we do not recommend the second bedroom for babies, very young children, or people with mobility issues. Please inform us in advance of your arrival time. To do so, you can use the messaging system during the booking process or contact the property directly through the contact details provided in your confirmation. We ask all guests to fill out a registration form that complies with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal, where you will be asked for your citizen's card/passport or driver's license details. Before your arrival, we will send you the check-in instructions and where you can pick up the keys. People not registered in the reservation are not allowed to enter, either to visit or to stay overnight, without the prior written authorization of the owner. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking and partying inside the property, in order to ensure respect for the tranquility and well-being of all guests and neighbors. To ensure the safety of all guests and the property, please be advised that there is a surveillance camera installed in the entrance hall of the property. The camera is used solely for security purposes and monitors only common areas.
