Thanks to the completely separate entrance, you can enjoy absolute privacy in your accommodation. In your private area you have access to: ● of the whole apartment, including separate bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. ● All amenities listed: AC, TV with Netflix, WiFi and all kitchen appliances. 🌿 Common area: Garden & terrace In addition to your apartment, there is a beautiful garden with terrace at your disposal. This area is shared with the guests of our other homes. Garden furniture is available to relax, enjoy a coffee in the sun or read a book. For the benefit of all, we ask you to respect the tranquility of the grounds and the other guests. Please notice: Parking: Free parking spaces are available in the street in front of the property. Strictly prohibited: For safety reasons, charging of electric vehicles to the power outlets of the apartment is strictly prohibited. Other things to note Making a reservation implies having read and accepted all the terms of the listing. To ensure your stay is a success, here is some information and advice that we hope you will find helpful. A few important points to note: ● Non-Smoking Accommodation: The apartment is strictly non-smoking. You may, of course, smoke outside in the shared garden. Failure to comply with this rule will result in additional cleaning fees. ● Electric Vehicle Charging: The home's electrical system is not suitable for charging vehicles. A high-speed public charging station is available 500m away for your safety. ● Pets: To guarantee a healthy environment for all our guests, including those with allergies, pets are not allowed. ● Maximum Occupancy: The apartment is limited by local regulations to a maximum occupancy of 2 people (adults and/or children combined), without exception. Therefore, babies and additional children cannot be accommodated. ● Shared outdoor space: The garden and terrace are relaxing spaces to share respectfully and convivially with other travelers. The village's artisanal bakery, just a two-minute walk away, offers excellent pastries. 🍷 The Wine Route at your doorstep: You're in the perfect starting point to explore the legendary Wine Route.
