Unregistered guests will not be permitted on the premises. If you will have a visitor you must ask for a special pass with your guest name in the Administration Office. As guests of our villa you have access to the onsite resources (Casa Club & Laguna SOV and Santa fe SOV) for additional user fees*. amenities are about a 3-4 minute walk to the Sosua Ocean Village clubhouse from the villa *(Please inquire at Sosua Ocean Village reception or the Splash Park for rates)* Note: Cats, dogs, or other types of pets are not allowed in the villa Children should not be alone in the pool, they must be accompanied by their parents or an adult. The use of drones is not allowed in the villa or in the community. Note: please do not flush toilet paper, sanitary towels or any SANITARY ITEMS inside the toilet, use the garbage can which is in each bathrooms, *NOT EVEN”FLUSHABLES” * Note: You should not clean shoes or remove makeup with the white towels, We have black towels to remove makeup.
