Renowned worldwide for its natural beauty - misty rainforests and pristine golden beaches, the Coromandel is blessed with hundreds of natural hideaways, making it an ideal place to slow down, relax and unwind. This place is most beautiful between November - March. The Chalet is only 3 mins drive or 15 mins bike ride to the beach. It is close to Forest walks, Cafes, Art Galleries and only a short walk from the Information Centre and Bus Stop. Genevieve and James live next door in Fern Lodge with three smaller accommodation units also on the property. They are working on making the business energy efficient and low waste. Genevieve is an art collector and artist herself who is currently making a small gallery as part of Fern Lodge. James is a biologist and award winning filmmaker with a string of documentaries and short films on the go. They are always around and can help with any information you need. There are also bikes for hire with which you can easily visit the beaches, restaurants, artists and attractions of Coromandel Town.
