The apartment consists of a balcony with a beautiful view, a living room, a kitchen with basic utensils for preparing meals/quick snacks, a bedroom and a bathroom. The building for your convenience has a reception and mini market Excellent location: Next to Praia Litorânea and 10 minutes from the Historic Center, there are also several restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The space The Flat has a bedroom that can accommodate up to two people, and if necessary to book for 3 people we provide either an extra mattress or sofa bed. The kitchen has basic utensils, a stove, and a minibar. The balcony has a beautiful view. The apartment is delivered with bed and bath linens in the amount compatible with the number of guests. For larger reservations, we have linen changes every two days, when requested. The building has two social elevators, rotating parking, internet access (wifi), mini-market, 24-hour reception and laundry, swimming pool and gym. Guest access Guests receive the keys at the building's reception, the reception is only responsible for delivering and receiving the keys, for any request you can contact us by WhatsApp, which has 24-hour service. Other things to note Visitors: Visitors are not allowed in the AP or leisure area; only guests of the units will be allowed access to these areas. Bed and bath linens: Change every 2 days. To change the bed linens, you must request it via WhatsApp by noon on the day you want it.
