The space New and bright housing, thought and designed for the comfort of its occupants. Located in the back of the owner’s house, it guarantees your independence. Sleeping area in mezzanine with queen size bed 160x200 (attention, ceiling height limited at the level of the bed - impossible to stand). Lounge area on the ground floor equipped with a desk, flat screen, wifi fibre, TV box (Canal +, Netflix included), air conditioning, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. Private bathroom with large shower (1m 2). You will have the pleasure of waking up at the edge of a pool facing south, 8x4m (with salt, heated to 27° from 01/05 to 30/09), and you can enjoy your breakfast on the terrace. Please note that the use of the pool is not private. It is shared with the owner. Other things to note For safety reasons related to the presence of a swimming pool, children under 11 years old are not allowed. The swimming pool is not supervised so under the sole responsibility of users and parents if children. The pool is heated at 27° from 1 May to 30 September.
