Duplex with terrace and panoramic views in Taüll

Enjoy this quiet duplex apartment with direct views of the beautiful panorama of the Boí-Taüll Valley. Let the sun touch you on the terrace while you have a drink or simply contemplate the beautiful church of Sant Climent de Taüll among the landscape. Light the fireplace with firewood in the dining room or sit next to the large attic window reading a book with the beautiful views. From the rooms, listen to the stream that passes behind another picturesque panorama of the village. The space The apartment has a private box-type parking, WiFi, is 10 minutes from the Boí Taüll ski slopes, 7 minutes from the entrance to the Parc Nacional d'Aigüestortes, and has a direct view of the church of Sant Climent de Taüll (image of the Romanesque World Heritage complex and which is illuminated at dusk), and that of Sta. Maria from the bedrooms, which also lights up. The Vall de Boí Taüll is the valley of the 4 UNESCO World Heritage Sites: · The Romanesque churches, a World Heritage Site. · The starry night sky (Starlight Destination), simply spectacular. · Las Fallas (the Pyrenean fire festival), an Intangible Cultural Heritage. They are held in June/July. · 5km away is the Parc Nacional d'Aigüestortes, hundreds of kilometers of mountains, streams and multiple lakes in the only national park in Catalonia. The apartment itself is a duplex of 80m² in total. Upon entering, we find a living-dining room with a sofa, fireplace, terrace, a fully equipped kitchen (with a dishwasher, induction hob, Dolce Gusto and Italian coffee makers, oven, microwave, toaster...), plus 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and another with a 90 cm bed) and a full bathroom with a heater and bathtub (80L thermos). Going up the stairs, you access an open loft with 2 trundle beds (for 4 people in total) and a chill-out area with armchairs and poufs next to a large window and TV. The TV can be lowered to the main living room without problem, there is no elevator, and the dining table is extendable for 8 people. In the garage, there is a washing machine and an additional refrigerator at the guest's complete disposal, as well as all the firewood needed for the fireplace in winter. In the area you can do an infinite number of excursions and getaways, as well as practice climbing, fishing, hiking, thermalism (Caldes de Boí)... It has an almost intact natural environment, with a great variety of vegetation, native species, rivers, lakes and a very varied high mountain climate. Guest access All linens and towels are included in the price, clean and prepared according to the number of guests. In the garage, there is firewood for the fireplace, at no additional cost in winter. We also include dishwasher capsules, cleaning products, soap, salt, basic oil kit... Other things to note You can check into the apartment on your own from 4 pm on the day of arrival, until the time that suits you. Talk to the host about the possibility of checking in in the morning.
