The large terrace has 4 armchairs with a small table, a hammock and a large table for dining. Entering the villa we have a bedroom with a King double bed connected to a single bed overlooking the pool and to the left a fully equipped kitchen and includes a refrigerator, stove, toaster, coffee maker and blender. An atrium connects a large bright modern bathroom with large glass shower, hairdryer to a room that overlooks the back of the house and which has a Queen bed connected to another smaller room with bunk beds and a French window that gives on the outside garden terrace. In total, the house can accommodate up to seven people with two independent entrances. There are mosquito nets on all windows, allowing you to enjoy the fresh air while limiting the entry of insects. Electricity is partially produced with photovoltaic panels, and by the year 2023 with wind turbines due to the constant presence of the wind being located on a hill 70 meters above sea level. All this to minimize the use of electricity by the private supply company which has a high cost, to constantly guarantee electricity and above all for the environmental impact which we care a lot about. We are also the only ones to guarantee the constant supply of purified water in the villas, extracting it from the subsoil and passing it through special filters. It is important to always have water available because in the Dominican Republic it is often lacking for several days due to periods of drought. Who decides to rent a villa for long or medium periods, the cleaning services are paid separately based on the requests and needs of the customers and our staff is not authorized to enter the house except with an explicit request. Ours is an eco-village and we try to respect ecological parameters where we can. Air conditioning is not part of the ecological parameters and therefore, if desired, it is paid for daily, and we hope with the use of common sense. Guest access The road that leads to our ecological tourist complex is asphalted and the entrance door has a code that we will send you when you book the villa. At the entrance you will find a car park on your right where you can leave your car. There you will find a small sanctuary for prayers. The villa is on your left.
