Livingroom with pullout couches and TV for relaxing and watching movies in front of electric fireplace. Spacious area features a separate bedroom and bathroom, use of washer/dryer for longer term stays 3days or longer. Kitchen area offers refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, oatmeal and small snacks. You have the entire ground level basement of my home to yourself. Located just 5 min from Blue Mountain Ski Area, 5 min from the Appalachian Trail and 5 min from the Lehigh River for whitewater rafting/ tubing. A 20 min drive to Jim Thorpe (I was born there, and can offer much information and suggestions about the area) Only 30 min to Dorney Park/Wildwater Kingdom and other Lehigh Valley destinations. Lockbox enables check in for off times when we are unable to meet. Outdoor fire pit with seating for campfires and toasting marshmallows. Guests have outdoor pergola with bench swings and several outdoor games/activities for both children and adults. Good dogs welcome with prior approval! Guest access Large private parking area around the back of owner's house for the basement apartment, use the right side of the house driveway to get there, a large living room , a private bedroom and bathroom with a shower. (not shared) Use of owner's laundry room as well, for longer stays on 3 nights or more. There is a lock box with key for off times when we are unable to meet. Well lit guest door also has a keypad code to open it. **PETS: GOOD DOGS ALLOWED BY PRE-APPROVAL ONLY ** • Your dog(s) should be friendly and house trained. Dogs that utilize “pee pads” are NOT allowed. • Your dog(s) must be supervised by you, at all times, or crated in guest room, if left alone. • Any dog that becomes disruptive will need to be removed immediately. • When walking or allowing dog to run in yard, please be considerate and pick up your pet waste. • You will be charged for any damage caused by your dog. • Limit of one dog, an additional dog may be considered on a case by case basis. During your stay Feel free to text and/or call at anytime. Please input correctly the amount of people in your party, one so the billing is correct and two I can make up the beds for your group.
